Here I am using a Sony Digital Still Camera H2 on Movie Mode. Using the manual focus option on the setting gives you much more control over your subjects when shooting video or stills. The image quality was set on "640/Fine" so it's the best quality (640x480 fine line) you can record with this camera, very good camera for beginners.
